I am using Shabdkosh 1.0 for two years. It is a very useful software, but since last week it is not working anymore. When we try to open it by clicking on the icon, a message appears that says : access is denied make sure the disk is not full or write-protected. Can you provide a solution to this problem?

To solve this problem, you should first check if the partition on which you installed the software is not full (usually it is the C:\ drive). If this is the problem, try to run a Disk Cleanup to free some space. To do this, right click on the C:\ drive in My Computer, go to Properties and click Disk Cleanup. If this is not the case, make sure that you run the program with Administrator rights. If you can't run it with full rights, the problem might be caused by a registry error. To fix it, try using CCleaner. Also, you can try to uninstall and then install the application again.
